How it works

At Muttarré, we connect buyers with artists directly from their studios. Here’s how our process works for both buyers and artists:
For Buyers:
When you work with us, you benefit from guaranteed security, a curated selection of artworks, and dedicated support throughout your purchasing experience!

  1. Shipping Process:

    • Once you purchase an artwork, the artist is notified immediately. The artist has 3 days to either ship the work or inform us of a new shipping date.

      European Union Shipping:
    • We offer free delivery across all countries within the European Union (EU)

      Outside the EU:
    • If you're located outside the EU and wish to make a purchase, please contact us before placing your order. We will check the delivery cost and inform you of any additional shipping fees that apply to your location.

    • If the artist cannot ship within an acceptable timeframe, you will be asked if you can wait or prefer to receive a full refund.

  2. Receiving the Work:

    • After you receive the artwork, you have 3 days to inspect it. If the artwork is damaged or does not match the description or images, you can initiate a return.

  3. Returns:

    • In case of damage or discrepancies, simply contact us within the 3-day window to arrange a return.

  4. Completion of Purchase:

    • If no issues are raised, the transaction is completed after one week, and the artist is paid.
For Artists:
By collaborating with us, artists gain advertising opportunities and enhance their public image. We are committed to showcasing your work in a manner that reaches a wider audience, providing you with the recognition and support you deserve! 
At this time, we are only accepting artists who are based in the European Union (EU). If you're an EU-based artist interested in showcasing your work, please feel free to reach out to us for more details on how to get started.

  • We are a curated platform, and we value unique, quality work. If you would like to become one of our artists, please send your portfolio to muttarre@gmail.com.

  • Once a sale is made, you have 3 days to ship the artwork. After the buyer confirms receipt and no issues are raised, you will be paid within a week.
